Welcome to Havita (“HAVITA LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of havitadesigns.com (the “Site”) and the products and services we offer (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase products.

  • You agree to use the Services only in compliance with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws.

2. Products, Orders & Payment

  • We sell physical clay texture rollers for domestic (U.S.) delivery only.

  • Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or errors in pricing/availability.

  • Payment is due at checkout using the approved payment methods shown on the Site. All transactions are processed securely.

3. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

  • We ship only within the United States.

  • Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are described at checkout.

  • Returns and refunds follow our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All Site content—including text, images, logos, and product designs—is owned by HAVITA LLC or its licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAVITA LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HAVITA LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the latest version.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
