Full Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns of all HAVITA products within 30 days of delivery, except:

Custom orders — non-returnable and non-refundable.

Clearance/final sale items — no returns or refunds.
Original packaging is not required. Items should be returned in the same condition you received them, unless the return is due to shipping damage, manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item being sent.
2. How to Start a Return
All returns must be initiated through our Return Request Form
Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or shipping damage), the label cost is covered by us.

For all other returns, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

If this is not possible, we’ll issue store credit for the same value.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit.

Original shipping fees will be refunded when the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Defective Returns
If you’re returning an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or our mistake:

No restocking fee will be charged.

You are responsible for return shipping costs (label cost deducted from refund).
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Email us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement item at no cost.
Note: Replacements are only issued for genuine damage/defect claims. We reserve the right to refuse replacements if damage appears to be from misuse, normal wear, or intentional alteration.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to swap an item:

Return the unwanted item for a refund or store credit.

Place a new order for the desired item.
7. Exceptions & Legal Compliance
This policy complies with Illinois consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable law.
