Start a return

You pick the items, see your refund amount, and we take it from there.

  1. Sign in. Use the email you ordered with. We send a code, no password needed.
  2. Pick your order and items. Choose what is going back and why.
  3. See your refund amount. It shows before you submit, so there are no surprises.

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered.

We review each request and email you what happens next, usually within a day. Sometimes we will just refund you and tell you to keep the rollers.
